what is your risk?

Until you learn more about what a brush, grass or forest fire can do in your area, it’s difficult to plan for it. A wildfire risk assessment of your structure and landscape can help you identify your risk.

Step 1:

Contact the CWSC to schedule your FREE home assessment.

Step 2:

CWSC will conduct the assessment.  We will be looking at your home and your landscape and identifying vulnerabilities to ignition from embers and wildfire.

The assessment takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes.  You do not need to be on-site during the assessment; however, we like to hear your concerns prior to the assessment.

Step 3:

CWSC will email you a final report, including photos, identifying potential ignition sources or vulnerabilities and outlining recommendations and resources to help you reduce your risk to wildfire.

We would also be happy to meet with you to discuss the report or conduct a subsequent assessment after risk reduction work has been completed.
